The rules that decide whether your price wins or dies

⚠️ Volumetric weight is the enemy. Brazil bills by volumetric weight and airport storage is pricey (≈RMB 1.5–2/kg/day). Compress: vacuum-pack, fold, remove boxes. For a single 0.5–1kg parcel, air freight often costs more than the goods themselves.
