Contact & requests

Tell us what you need — clearly and in one place.

Use the request form for content corrections, custom Chinese character or name work, and questions about an existing order.

One form, three kinds of message

Using the same form keeps every request traceable. Choose the closest option below; it will pre-fill the request field, and you can edit it before sending.

Report an error

Send the page URL, the incorrect field and the source you believe is correct.

Ask about an order

Include the order number and the email used at checkout. This is for existing store orders and delivery questions.

General question

For anything that does not fit the categories above, describe the question in the form’s details field.

What to include

  • For a correction: exact page URL, current wording, proposed correction and a source if you have one.
  • For a custom request: exact characters or the name to be transliterated, intended use, file format and deadline.
  • For an order: order number, checkout email and the outcome you need. Do not send passwords, card numbers or other login credentials.

What happens next

  1. Your message is stored so we can reply and keep the request traceable.
  2. We normally reply within 24 hours. Complex language or design questions can take longer, but we will tell you rather than leave the request open.
  3. Nothing is charged on this website. For custom work, scope and price are confirmed with you before any next step.
Privacy in plain language: the form stores what you type plus your IP address, which is used only to rate-limit abuse. It is not sold or shared beyond handling and delivering your request. Read what we collect or ask for a submission to be deleted.
